Wedding Coordination Services
MDR now provides day of coordination services for the budget friendly couples. We offer special packages for those who need help managing their special day by reducing stress and ensuring a seamless execution.
Day-of Coordination Package
This package is for couples who have all their vendors booked but need help on their wedding day to ensure everything runs without a hitch.
Price: $950 + transportation
Includes the following:
Detailed virtual meetings up to 1 hour, 3-4 weeks prior to your wedding date and 1 week prior to confirm details. Discussion over vendors & logistics of the day.
Unlimited email correspondence within the month timeframe. Contact us via email if there's details you wish to discuss.
Full day coverage (up to 10 hours) until 10 PM. Directing & supervising all set-up and decor or setting up favours, place cards, centrepieces and table decor.
Creation of wedding day itinerary & vendors contact list. Provided to couple prior to wedding day.
Contacting of vendors & confirming details.
Day Decor Set Up
For the DIY couples who have all the logistics sorted out and have decor they wish to be set up. This package is to alleviate the set up stress on the day for you and your family members by offering decor setup services only.
Price: $450 + transportation
Includes the following:
Two 30 minute virtual meetings, 2-3 weeks and 1 week prior to the wedding to discuss decor set up requests.
Up to 4 hours of decor set up services for reception and ceremony if the ceremony is at the same location (aisle decor, reception, receiving tables).
Clients will need to ensure decor will be on-site ready to be set up by us as timelines will not permit us to create on the day.
